A free event for mums who want to change their lives and those of their families for the better.  Be pampered, learn, look into courses, see First Aid demonstrations, find out about colleges and university courses, hear music, take part in confidence-building workshops, check out unique gifts, celebrate reading for children and so much more!  FREE entry - stay for 5 minutes or stay all day.  Advance booking is advisable for the free workshops but just drop in to see 30 plus interesting stalls etc
