Street blockading action

This action takes place every 10 minutes on the number 4 bus route. To join it, get on the ftr bus, and spend the next 30 minutes blocking traffic on your way to the station or to Acomb. To add to the success of this action, get on the bus without the correct change - thereby causing further delays as you fumble with the ticket machine.

This action will continue for as long as the council is prepared to endure it.

Whose blockade?

Some of us on the york indymedia email list thought (or at least I did) that this was a call for us to blockade the streets in protest at FTR. But on a second reading, is it simply saying that FTR's changes to the no.4 service are themselves creating a blockade (with the longer buses and ticket machines?) TC
