The Palestine Solidarity Campaign returned to protest outside
York Minster. They previously successfully protested with War on Want,
to get the Synod to divest from Companies supporting the illegal
occupation of Palestine [details and photo]. This success has
yet to be implemented by the Ethical Investment Advisory Board.

Previous protests have highlighted the role of Caterpillar, its machines used in destroying Palestinian Homes and land, and in the construction of The Wall.
York PSC has also been campaigning for others to boycott goods, and companies, from Israel. Sainsbury's protest.
